Princess Lilly and the Dance Show

This is a story I wrote for a friend and she said she'd like it on a blog. I helped her write a story for small children.

Once upon a time....There was a little princess names Princess Lilly.Princess Lilly was 6 years old and she loved to dance. "I'm going to enter the dance show today!" said Princess Lilly.

Later that day, Princess Lilly got ready for the dance show. She put on her pink leotard, her pink tutu,her pink ballet slippers, and her pink ribbons. The princess loved pink. After eating a pink cupcake she was sure she was going to win.

Soon after, she arrived at the dance show and adjusted her tiara. She looked around and saw other princesses getting out of their carriages, limos, and off of their white ponies.

That night, Princess Lilly danced her heart out. Princess Jenna danced a beautiful jazz dance, Princess Tiffany did a cool tap dance, Princess Sammy did a fabulous salsa dance, Princess Hillary did a funky hip hop dance, and Princess Brittany did a great ballroom dance.

But the princess who did the best of them all was none other than Princess Lilly's ballet.Her twirls were perfect, her spins were brilliant, her pirouettes were dazzling,but her graceful leaps were the best, The judges gave her perfect scores. She was an amazing dancer. Princess Lilly returned to her castle with a dance show trophy and a new tiara. She was truly the best dancing princess there was.
