Happy Ending

The days of being apart are coming to an end. The other half of my heart will return in just a few days. No longer will I wake to a cold side of the bed or the stillness that one could hear a pin drop. How though will the days return to whatever normal is? We will see. Though I support and completly understand why he must leave and believe in what he is doing, I most definatly am ecstatic that he will be in my arms once again. So at least this is a happy ending to this journey. The first and many more of his service away from home.
