Valentines Day

As always..I am alone this Valentines Day. Meh. I guess I am the Scrooge of Valentines Day. I guess I will never know the true meaning of it until I find that special someone. It used to be fun as children. I remember being excited to buy valentines at the store and write my classmates names on them and pass them out on V-day. Getting them from classmates was exciting as well. I would either get cute Valentines with puppies and kittens or Disney ones. I wish I had saved them all. They would have been great keepsakes to reminisce about old times.

 

I guess a few years ago, people started renaming this holiday Singles Awareness Day. I think that is a more proper name for the holiday haha.

 

Anyways...I know it's not Valentines Day yet, but I hope those who do celebrate it have a good one. To some, like me, its just another day.
