Going to School Late...

I had a doctor's appointment this morning so I'm going to be going to school a little late. One good thing is that my mom said we could stop and get coffee and hot chocolate after the appointment so that makes it kind of ok. I had to get a shot today. I don't even know what it's for, something that the school makes us get and so yeah, my mom got a notice that I didn't have it so if I didn't get it by today, I wasn't allowed to go to school. I hate shots, everyone does, but I didn't cry or anything. The nurse said my heart was beating so fast and she could tell I was nervous but she said I was brave. I guess I was, sort of. 
At my doctor they don't give lollipops. That's totally cheating us kids! I got this sticker instead. I'm gonna be honest, a sticker does not make up for the fact that I got a shot and NO LOLLIPOP!!
