Ok guys, this is so fun and gross and cool!
We're making SLIME with glitter!
Here's what you need...
You can either use the pre-glittered glue , or you can use regular Elmer's school glue and add your own glitter. I've found that if you use the really fine grain glitter it's the best! I've also used chunky glitter and confetti shapes too. It just depends on how you want it to turn out.
First you will need 1/2 cup of liquid starch. Then add your glue. Start stirring then add a drop or two of food coloring- I usually use a whole 4 ounce bottle of glue for each recipe. If the recipe is too thin and not yet like slime, you should add more, starch.... one teaspoon at a time. Stir each time you add and then stop when you have the right texture. Once it’s all mixed up, you have to knead the dough. The more you knead the less sticky it becomes until it's no longer sticky and just perfect!
Most important- store your slime in a plastic container with a tight lid or it will dry out. If you get it on your clothes like I have, a million times. Just quickly get them off and soak them in water for a while then wash them right away in the washing machine. It's just glue and starch. It comes out. If you use food coloring though, don't play with it with good clothes on. You might stain something and make your mom REALLY mad.

Yay!!
I want to make slime and put it in Sammy's hair *giggles* okay no *grins*
Hi Leah! I got it in my hair too and it too me two hours to get it out. I only play with it with a ponytail in now. We should play sometime, we can make slime and cookies or brownies. I also learned how to do tie-dye but that's real messy. Have to do that outside when it's warmer.
