So I'm sitting alone up in my old treehouse from when I was a kid, when my cell rings. It was my dad, he wanted to meet somewhere for lunch and where was a nice place to sit down and talk to get to know each other. At this point, I still wasn't even sure about wanting to meet him, since he left us so many years ago, as well as pretty upset with my mom for giving him my cell number, when I wasn't yet ready to face him yet. I mean I hadn't even told Jared. Well I decided it was time to have a sit down, and told him there was a nice restraunt in Seattle we could go to, if he was close enough to there, so we wouldn't run into a lot of people that would be wondering who he was. He said that it was fine and asked if he could pick me up. I didn't know what to say but "Sure". So we ended up going to Los Sol Mios an Italian restraunt, best food ever in my opinion. When first getting into the car, the silence between us was akward, until he turned on the radio, only to come to find out he had it on my favorite radio station, 106.1, mom didn't even listen to country, and would never even turn it on in the car. I said something about my favorite male country singer, only to come to find out he really liked him to. That's when we really got to talking, he tried to explain to me why he left so many years ago, about not being old enough to accept the responsibilities of a baby. But I thought if he wasn't ready to accept the responsibilities of a baby, how could he be ready for the responsibilities of sex. I kept those thoughts to myself. After dinner got out with he took me back home, and asked if we could do it again, once a week. I told him I would think about it and let him know, and truth be told, I think I would like that, to get to know my dad, and maybe one day introduce him to my extended family.

Welcome Bekkie. Yes Billy is a very good man, and from what I've seen growing up around La Push a very good father to anybody that needs a father figure in their life. I remember him leaving for awhile, saying you needed some help, he's always there for his kids, no matter what they may need.

I don't even know how I feel myself at this point in time, my emotions are all mixed together, and I haven't even had tim to catch my breath, but as soon as I do I will let you know. I love your dad as well Rebecca. He has been a dad to me for as long as I can remember.
