Billy and Tiffany

All this talk of another baby has Tiffany on edge. Billy's eager and willing to get down to business immediately, if not sooner. He obviously is ready and it's just about the furthest thing from Tiffany's mind right now.
Billy tells Chief Swan about the dream he had of adding another baby to the Black Family . Cora heard him and Chief Swan talking about it and rumors started flying. Who thinks what?  What things will they hear over the next few weeks?
