Mitchell:*Blurs through the forest picking up a new vile mutt scent*
*skirting along where the fowl stench gets stronger, growling* That is Disgusting!
*slowls down my eyes scanning my immediate area looking for a little puppies that I may 'play' with*
*I break into a run once more blurring through the forrest to where I first smelt the vileness*

Seth: -phases on the fly running deep into the forest keeping my nose up in hopes of coming across a scent-

Leah: *running out into the forest*
*phasing quickly, hearing Seth* {SETH! WHAT ARE YOU DOING OUT HERE?} *running to where Jake told me he smelled the leech*

Seth: -runs deeper into the trees breaking out full speed-

Mitchell:*smirks as I notice a change in the vile air, inhales deeper* Would that be two Mutts? This may just be interesting

Seth: -hears leah and things back- Uh Sorry Leah. I heard what was going on.
-picks up a scent and goes tear through the trees-

Leah: {No freaking way! Turn around--} *stopping as I see you go after the scent* *turning fully around and running flat out towards you*

Seth: -thinks to leah- No! -tearing up the dirt beneath my paws I keep running-
-sees a foot print on the ground and continues on the trail-

Mitchell: *slows down checking my surroundings knowing that you are close by your fowl stench*
*my head snaps to the left hearing your approach, I crouch readying myself*

Leah: *watching through Seth's eyes as he gets closer, knowing he'll have to fight the vamp first at this rate*

Seth: -inhaling, the scent getting stronger I know I am getting close I tear off full speed seeing someone up ahead. Narrowing my eyes, approaching slowly growling-

Mitchell: *snarling as I see you fully, I spring forth *

Seth: -running, leaping upward to attack I bare my teeth in anger-

Leah: *running as hard as I can, trying to get to Seth before something happens, knowing he can't take down this vampire alone*

Mitchell: *a feral snarl ripping from my throat as I fly over you kicking you to the ground* Come on you *spits* Mutt is that the bets you have?

Seth: -rolls over getting back up on my legs growling shaking in anger before running again toward the vampire-

Leah: *reaching Seth and the leech, seeing Seth leap at him again as I crash through the trees*

Mitchell: *Moves quickly out of your way seeing there is a second mongrel*
*knowing I am out numbered I look from first mutt to the second smaller one grinning as I run full out at the large one*

Seth: -letting my anger get the best of me I turn growling at the vampire-

Leah: {Seth, don't!} *trying to move in front of my brother*

Mitchell: *snarling as I toss you into the nearest tree I crouch awaiting the smaller ones move*

Seth: -feels myself crash into a tree falling-

Mitchell: *smirks as I turn a snarl at the secpnd still holding my crouched position*

Leah: *hearing Seth's bones crack as he hits the tree* *turning my attention to the leech* *coming at the vampire with bared teeth, trying to bite any part of him I can in my anger and worry over Seth*

Seth: -opens my eyes for a moment as I try to refocus-

Mitchell: *wrestles with the vile mongrel hissing & snarling*

Leah: *making sure he doesn't get his arms around me* *a growl overtaking my throat* *ripping off the leech's arm at the elbow*

Mitchell: *roars in pain*
* my breathing heavy & aggitated as my free arm smacks you into a tree*

Leah: *barely hitting the tree* *standing and going after you again, not going to stop until you're ash on the ground* *clashing with you again*

Mitchell: *snarling as we thrash around using my legs to swing out from under you*

Leah: *staying on top of you, this time coming away with a leg*

Mitchell: *hollars in agony* You will pay for that *spitting out the last word* MUTT!!
*crouched balancing on my remaining limbs I spring forth latching onto you, trying to go for the kill bite*

Leah: *twisting around, knowing that you're serious this time* *managing to get you on the ground*
*my teeth close around your neck and I twist* *your head rolls free of your body*
*phasing back to human*
*gathering the pieces and setting the leech's body on fire*
*turning to look at Seth* Oh, sh-- *he's phased back, so I know it's serious*
*carefully lifting Seth's body* *turning and going as quick as I can back home*

Seth: -feels myself being carried and opens one eye moaning feeling pain throughout my body-

Leah: Seth, you're alright, I swear. We're headed home. *my throat catching as I try to reassure him*

Seth: -confused- Huh....-lets my head drop back closing my eyes hoping the pain will go away-

Leah: *sliding into the house and putting Seth on the couch as gently as I can* MOM? MOM?!

Sue: *dropping the pillow onto my half made bed, calling back* Coming. *heads downstairs, my eyes widening in horror* Leah, what happened *races towards the couch, grabbing the phone as I reach Seth*

Seth: -hearing Leah yell I realize where I am and the pain shooting through my body I yell out in pain- Leaaaaaaaaah!
Leaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!

Leah: Seth! *gently putting my head against his cheek* I'm sorry, I'm so sorry... *looking up as Mom comes into the room*
There was a vampire, unknown, out in the woods this morning. Jake put me on the call and Seth overheard and went out. He got to the leech first, and the leech knocked him into a tree; I heard some of his bones break.

Seth: -tries to move feels the pain shooting through my bones again- Aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Leah: Seth, don't move! You're going to be fine, I swear, just don't move!

Seth: -shifts my eyes look around trying not to move yelling trying to focus on Leah- Leaaaah! It hurts!

Sue: Seth *drops to my knees, my hands trembling as I smooth back your hair* It's ok Mom's here, I'll call for Dr Cullen *my voice catching as my vision blurs with unshed tears* Shhhhh, Its going to be ok Seth *repeating myself as I start dialling*

Leah: *grabbing my mom* If that leech sets one foot in this house, I'm out of here. *my voice low and serious*

Seth: -rolls my eyes to look at mom feeling the pain roll through my body again- Aghhhhhhhhhhh!!!

Sue: *shakes my head in frustration, reaching for Seth's hand as the number fails to connect, repeating the only words I can, as I punch in the number again* It's ok Seth, It's ok *swallowing back a sob as my tears run down my cheeks* I'm here son

Seth: Moooooooooooooom!

Carlisle: *looks at my cell as the name Sue Clearwater appear on my screen* Hello?

Leah: *pulling away, knowning Mom didn't even hear me* *running up the stairs as quick as I can and starting to pack, throwing as much as I can in my two bags*

Sue *stammers slightly as I hear your voice* Dr Cullen, please, you have to come quick *takes a steadying breath as my voice falters* Seth's been hurt

Seth: -closes my eyes for a moment clenching my teeth feeling the pain rip through my body again- Mooooom! Aghhhhhhhhhhhh!

Carlisle: I'll be right there!

Sue: *reaches out, gently rubbing your arm, whispering as my heart breaks* I know son, I know
*nodding as I answer* Thank you, thank you so much

Carlisle: Keep him as still as possible. I'm on my way *hangs up the phone & runs down the stairs* Esme? Darling? I'll be back as soon as I can, there's been an accident *grabs my bag & keys and heads off to La Push*

Leah: *zipping up my bags* *going over to my desk and writing out two notes*

Sue: I will & Thank you *hangs up the phone, placing it down beside me as i gently place my hand over Seth's Forehead whispering* It's ok Seth, Dr Cullen will be here shortly, don't move though ok baby, please don't move.

Seth: -lays still trying to breathe as little as possible feeling the pain in my ribs before screaming out in pain again- It huuuuuuuuuuuurts!!

Carlisle: *speeds through town past all the familiar landmarks until I hit the road to La Push*
*hits the dirt road with a thud feeling my tire go flat, ignoring the rough ride down the uneven road*
*pulls up to the house and shuts the engine, ignoring the tire*
*grabs my bag and runs to the porch* Sue? *Knocks loudly*

Sue: *gently squeezes Seth's hand* I know son *calling out as I hear Dr Cullen arrive* In here, Dr Cullen, Please come in, we're in here

Seth: -hears a knock and closes my eyes screaming out once more- Aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! -feeling the pain in my ribs-

Carlisle: *enters slowly, feeling the tension thick in the air* What's happened? *Kneels beside Seth lying on the couch*

Seth: -opens my eyes feeling a presence near me trying not to breathe-

Leah: *placing the notes on my bed* *hearing Dr. Cullen downstairs and pursing my lips* *gently tossing my bags out the window before I follow them* *landing softly on the ground below*

Sue: *moving to make more room, still holding Seth's hand & trying to focus on the facts* Uhh *takes a breath* Leah said something about a vampire on the reservation, an unknown & Seth got their first.

Carlisle: *speaks softly* Seth, what day is it?

Sue: *holds my breath, waiting for Seth to answer*

Seth: -speaks softly- satur...-feeling the pain rip through my ribs- It hurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrts!

Leah: *going out and tossing my bags into my truck* *starting the engine and pulling away from the house, heading south, not knowing where I'm going to end up*

Carlisle: *takes out my penlight and looks in your eyes for sign of concussion*

Seth: -blinks at the light-

Carlisle: Does your neck hurt?
*gingerly touches your clavical*

Seth: IT ALL HURTS! -tries not to move-

Carlisle: *drops the penlight and listens to your breathing with my sethoscope*

Sue: *gently rubs the back of your hand as my tears silently fall*

Carlisle: *looks to Sue and shakes my head*
He has some broken ribs and his shoulder is separated
At the rate of his healing, I need to get this shoulder in place before it heals

Seth: -focuses my eyes on Dr. Cullen then mom- Aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! IT HURTS to breathe!

Sue: *nods numbly, feeling my heart sink, whispering* Please, do what you have to do *turning my focus back to my son, as fresh tears stream down my face*

Carlisle: *looks at your left leg shaking my head* compound fracture'
Seth this is going to hurt. I'm not going to sugar coat it.
*measures out a high dose of morphine*
*injects the morphine*

Sue: *closing my eyes, as I prepare for the worst before opening them* Seth, Look at me ok, just look at me *gently squeezes your hand*

Carlisle: I'm going to set your shoulder now *looks at Sue, wide eyed, nodding*
*sees your pupils enlarge, knowing the morphine is starting to work somewhat*

Seth: -clenches my fists looking worried- JUST GET RID OF THE PAIN!

Sue: *nods back to Carlisle & holds my breath*

Carlisle: I'm going to count to three and then reset this shoulder

*bites my lower lip knowing the strength of a shape-shifter in pain*

*braces my hands on your shoulder*
3 *sets your shoulder back into place, feeling the collarbone is broken*

Seth: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! -feeels the pain rip through my shoulder-

Sue: *cringes at Seth's screms of agony, biting my lip*

Carlisle: *wraps a sling around your shoulder pinning your arm to your chest*
*wraps your ribs tightly* I'm sorry Seth
I wish I could take the pain

Seth: PLEASE! TAKE IT ALL! -fliches slighty as you wrap my torso-

Carlisle: *nods to Sue* Ive stabilized his shoulder and ribs, they should heal clean. The collarbone will heal on it's own, it's set- He needs to lay STILL
*assesses the scrapes and compound fracture of your leg*
I have to rebreak this *looks at Seth then to Sue*
He's already started healing

Seth: -bites my lip realizing the pain thats coming-

Carlisle: *inhales and exhales slowly trying to get Seth to follow my lead* Seth you're going to pass out
if you do NOT get a hold of your breathing
slow, easy breaths
I know it's painful but you have to
I'm going to reset your leg

Seth: -takes quick breathes in pain trying to look at Dr. Cullen-

Carlisle: At the count of three again

*positions my hands at the precise location on your leg, preparing*

Sue: *closes my eyes, holding my breath, my hand bracing for Seth's pain*

Carlisle: two *braces myself to rebreak the bone and position it*

Seth: -clenches my teeth waiting breathing havily through my teeth-

Carlisle: Three *grips your leg, breaks the bone and repositions it at lightning speed*

Seth: Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Carlisle: *quickly stitches up the wound and wraps it*
I'm sorry, Seth *watches your face contort with pain, takes a nearby towel & covers Seth discreetly.

Sue: *lowers my head, as fresh tears flood down my face at the sound of the bone breaking*

Seth: -stares at the ceiling trying to breathe-

Carlisle: *hands Sue a few doses of morphine* Please administer these every few hours. The rapid healing will be severely painful
*tosses the soiled gauze and cloth into the trash and walks into the kitchen to wash my hands*
*walks back to the living room, drying my hands on a paper towel* If you need me, you know where I am

Sue: *looks up at Carlisle, taking the morphine* I will *sits holding Seth's hand* I'm here son

Carlisle: *starts packing my bag up in preparation to leave*

Sue: *looks up at you* Thank you Dr Cullen *my voice catching* Thank you for everything

Carlisle: *takes your hand and gives you a slight smile* you know that I am here forever indebted to you and your family
I will always do what I can

Seth: -rolls my eyes to look at Dr. Cullen-

Sue: *attempts a smile through my tears, gently squeezing your hand in thanks* Thank you, your help is appreciated more than you know.

Carlisle: No formalities *smiles* just call me Carlisle
I will return in a few hours to check in on Seth

Sue: *nods* Thank you Carlisle, we'll you see then *smiles weakly*

Carlisle: I'll see you later, we can talk about this issue then

Sue: *nods again* As you wish Carlisle & thank you again.

Carlisle: Right now, Seth needs sleep

Sue: *whispers, rubbing the back of his hand* He does

Carlisle: I'll be back to speak with you both in a few hours, until then, keep him as comfortable as possible

Sue: Ok, I'll do as you ask *brushes the tears away with my fingertips* We'll talk to you then *nods & smiles at you as you, turn, quietly letting yourself out the front door, whispering as Seth sleeps* It's ok, your home safely now, It's ok.
