No, our pets are a part of the family. But I'd offer him one of my neighbor's pets.. Or at least the ones that leave their dogs out all night to bark.. and keep people up. Though the jack russel mixed thing next door, wouldn't even be a snack.. It'd be more like a tease. So I'll let him have the Golden Retriever first. That tried to attack me when I took a late night walk awhile back.
