How do you center yourself? We all, no matter where our lives are where they have lead us find ourselves caught in a lack of balance.

I have always found that with my gift of vision, it can be a blessing. Having the comfort that through a tough time, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Having the knowledge everything is going to be okay with a little patience and perseverance creates a safe haven that naturally centers you.

On the other hand, visions are not exclusive to just seeing successes and joy. There is a fear and trauma that comes from seeing the less than positive parts of life that are fated to be as such. To know that something dark will happen and that is the way it is meant to be can be tough and gaining balance during those moments seems so very impossible.

Where I find my center, my solace really is in building trust. Trusting that we are all exactly where we are meant to be at the exact time that we are there.

All of the joy, the pain, the challenges and the mundane. They were designed for us to live, learn and grow. It may not feel like it at the time but with trust, everything works out exactly as is should.

So when you feel an imbalance and are looking for your center, start with trust. Always start with trust and your journey will be supported all along the way.
